Food This Week

This is probably my best food week so far.¬† I’m really happy with the consistency, every day follows the same pattern:-

  • Breakfast: Oats + banana + protein shake
  • Mid-morning snack: almonds, cashews and sultanas
  • Lunch: Chicken salad roll
  • Afternoon snack: piece of fruit
  • Dinner: 500 calories + piece of fruit
  • Protein shake before bed/after workout
  • + fish oil and flaxseed

I like this groove, it’s a comfortable routine that fits nicely around my day – I want to stay in it for a while :).
